Heal Thyself for Health and Longevity

I keep this journal, Sacred Women and Heal Thyself on my iPad and on my nightstand next to my bible for quick reference as I have read them several times. I have purchased several printed books of Sacred Women and Heal Thyself online and in store to give a gifts. I first would like to say that a male friend recommended Queen Afua to me. In doing my research I made it my business to reach out to her to ask questions.

I was lucky enough to speak with her several times and her knowledge is like talking to a person whose spirit has live a long time. Her wisdom is simple and kind. It truly has been a blessing for me. I not a person that takes medications and I don't have any illness that I have to deal with on a daily basis (i.e. high blood pressure etc.) but I will say that I needed to get healthier.

I incorporated Queen Afua's teachings with those that have been shared with me by my mother, my Grandmother who passed away at 103 years old and my Aunt whose is alive today 1/24/17 at 109 years old. If you want to improve your life, you must put in the work for yourself. Take some time to read what Queen Afua shares and Heal Yourself because if you don't think you are a SACRED WOMAN, who will?!
